Coastal Crack Seal is a locally owned and operated business specialising in professional crack and joint sealing. We provide preventative maintenance solutions for asphalt, bitumen, concrete and other suitable hard surfaces, helping residential, commercial and civil clients protect their assets and extend the life of their surfaces.

 Based on the Gold Coast, we service clients throughout Northern New South Wales, the Gold Coast, Brisbane and through to the Sunshine Coast. 

We specialise in the sealing of cracks and joints across a variety of pavement and hard surfaces. Each area is cleaned and prepared, with larger cracks filled where required before sealing. We then apply a USA-manufactured, heat-applied sealing tape, which melts and bonds to the surface to create a durable, weather-resistant seal.

Our system can be used across asphalt, bitumen, concrete and other suitable surfaces where cracks or joints require protection from water ingress and further deterioration.

Cracks may appear minor, but once water penetrates beneath a surface it can contribute to movement, erosion and progressive deterioration. Over time, this can lead to larger cracks, potholes, failed joints and more substantial repair work.

Sealing cracks early is a simple and cost-effective form of preventative maintenance, helping protect the existing surface and potentially avoiding the significantly higher cost of major pavement or concrete repairs later.
